Build your supermoto faster and easier with a ready-to-go conversion! Wheels and tires come MOUNTED & BALANCED, so you're one step closer to riding as soon as you open the box.

Warp 9 Stiletto wheels are light-weight, TUBELESS, and trouble-free. No more adjusting spokes and no more instant-flats from bursting inner tubes! With tubeless wheels a punctured tire usually goes flat slower, allowing you to come to a stop safer! Gain performance from the weight loss, thanks to light-weight forged aluminum wheels and an absence of heavy inner tubes!

  • Forged wheel for superior strength.
  • Truly modular hub system, so you can swap hubs to fit any bike that Warp 9 offers hubs for!
  • 90 degree valve stems for easy access.
  • Apex floating rotor is standard option - it dissipates heat better than the single piece wave rotors.
  • Cush drive to lessen the wear and tear on your bike.
  • Their balance of strength and weight savings make for a great wheel that will take a beating and keep on rolling. In the unlikely event you do run into problems, Warp 9 is the only wheel company to stand behind their warranty with a warranty! You just pay a small deductible type fee and they'll repair it.

THIS STREET CONVERSION INCLUDES:

Warp 9 Tubeless Forged Wheels: Great quality wheels that don't break the budget. Their balance of strength and weight savings make for a great wheel that will take a beating and keep on rolling.

  • Choose Rim Styles like Stiletto, Switch, or the new Rogue design.
  • 17x3.5" front wheel: This comes with a 120 tire mounted. (Profile may vary from 120-60 to 120-70, depending on tire model and availability.)
  • 17x4.25 or 17x5.0" rear wheel: The 4.25" comes with a 150 tire and is a standard go to for street supermoto conversions. It offers great performance but is also just narrow enough to make for an easier wheel change. The 5.0" rim comes with a 160 tire and offers a larger contact patch for more traction so it's a great choice for aggressive riding with occasional trackdays. Keep in mind that some 160 tires on a 5.0" rim will be wide enough to encounter chain slap.
  • Choose Your Colors: Choose from the many different colors and finishes offered for the hubs, spokes, nipples, and rims!
  • Rear Hub: Comes standard with a cush drive. This is a rubber-dampened carrier that the sprocket bolts to, and it helps to lessen the wear on your transmission components and soften the hit of riding on asphalt.
  • Original Bolt Patterns are used on the hubs for rotors & sprocket, so there's no special fitments required.
  • Warranties are unheard of for motorcycle wheels, but Warp 9 comes pretty close! In the unlikely event you do run into problems, Warp 9 will repair your wheel for a very small, but reasonable fee. It's like a cheap insurance deductible, except there's no monthly premium to get the coverage and support!

Rotor Options & Caliper Upgrades: Use Warp 9 rotor options or add a complete supermoto front brake kit to really give you the stopping power a race bike needs!

  • Warp 9 Wave Rotors:
Fixed stock size front and rotors.
  • Warp 9 Apex Rotors (Standard option):
Floating 320x4mm front rotor, adapter for stock front caliper, and stock size rear rotor.
  • Moto-Master Flame Racing Kit:
Floating 320x5mm front rotor, 4-piston front caliper, braided stainless front line, and radial front master cylinder. Includes stock size Moto-Master rear rotor.
  • Moto-Master HALO Racing Kit:
Floating 320x5.5mm T-floater front rotor, 4-piston front caliper, braided stainless front line, and radial front master cylinder. Includes stock size Moto-Master rear rotor.

Warp 9 Sprocket:

  • Choose Size: 40-53 tooth count.

Rotor & Sprocket Hardware:

  • Standard Steel Alloy (standard option).
  • Burnt titanium saves you nearly half the weight of standard steel hardware, and it adds a touch of color with its rainbow coloring from the burning affect.

Tire Options:

  • Choose from a range of performance street tires to carve the corners, as well as dual-sport tires that will handle the street and some offroad trails.
  • Tires are mounted & balanced.

Optional Accessories:

  • Add a Speedometer Magnet to work with your stock speedometer sensor.
  • Add a Supermoto Kickstand that is shortened and won't tip your bike over with the new 17" wheels.
  • Add a Supermoto Front Fender: Black and orange KTM SMR fenders or white Husqvarna FS fender. These are shorter than offroad fenders to compliment the smaller supermoto front wheel.
  • Add a Chain to fit with your new gearing combination. Choose from the high quality options shown: Moto-Master, EK, Vortex, and more!
  • Add a Chain Block to prevent chain slap on the wider tires! Recommended for 160 tires.
  • Add Handguards to wrap-around handguards to protect your levers. Choose from Acerbis and Cycra options.
  • Add a Speedometer kit to keep track of speed, engine vitals, etc.

PRE-PURCHASE SELECTION TIPS

Tires & Rear Rim Choice: What fits the swingarm?!
The type of riding you plan to do, as well as the tire model you want in your conversion kit, will both affect deciding the rear rim size. This is because some tires are much wider than others, so they can interfere with the tire causing chain slap on the tire and possibly rim. Read about the rim sizes below to see which size might suit you best, as well as which tire models fit the best.

  • The 17x4.25 rim size will come with a 150 rear tire and this is great for nearly every street supermoto rider, and is still great for the occasional track day. With this selection, you can pick any of the tire options and still have good room between the chain and tire/rim. However, there are a couple tires that aren't offered in a 150, so watch for tire models that note this size restriction. This size also offers the easiest installation and removal for quicker wheel changes.

  • The 17x5.00 rim will come with a 160 rear tire. This combination is a good upgrade if you are a more advanced rider, someone who wants to do more trackdays, or if you are an aggressive rider in general and want more traction. This rim size also sets you up if you decide to race on track in the future, because the supermoto-specific slicks are all sized for at least a 17x5.0 rim size. Keep in mind that some 160 tires are a lot wider than others, so they'll either have really bad chain run or just not even fit in the swingarm. With this size selection, avoid the dual sport type tires from Avon, Continental, and Shinko, as well as the super wide Dunlop street tires.

  • Avoiding Chain Rub:
The GasGas, Husqvarna, and KTM models generally have decent clearance between the chain and tire, but if you select a 5.00" rear with a 160 tire, it may be best to add a Chain Block to your Conversion Kit.

INSTALL TIPS

  • Fork Guard Clearance:
Fork guards will need to be slightly trimmed to provide extra clearance for the edge of the tire, as well as the larger brake rotor.

  • Front Brake Line Routing:
When bolting the caliper back on with the new 320mm rotor, it's best to route the brake line on the inside of the fork leg to avoid any outside impact. This can prevent the line from being ripped off and ending your ride or race. Carefully route the line by positioning enough slack on the caliper side of the brake line clamp to allow the line to sit directly between the rim and the rotor. Avoid letting the line sag or sit loosely. If necessary, you can secure the line to the inside of the fork guard by drilling small holes through the guard and zip-tying the line in place. See picture for example.

  • Rear Tire Clearance for 17x5.00 rim & 160 tire:
If you didn't purchase a Chain Block with your kit, then pay close attention when mounting the rear wheel. If the chain is within 6mm or 1/4" from the tire, you may want to order a TMR Chain Block. This will prevent the unsightly chain rub on your tire and wheel, and also limit the chain from greasing your tire.

  • Colors & Cleaning:
White and lighter colors are harder to keep clean, as well as matte finishes. Powder coat finishes are smooth and can be easier to clean. All finishes can be damaged by brake cleaner and other harsh chemicals! Whichever cleaner you prefer, you should always rinse parts right away. Our friends at Core Moto recommend Lemon Pledge wipes on anodized surfaces for good cleaning without risking damage to the finish.
