Toxic Moto Racing is here to help you with your parts needs. We are a small company and do our best to take care of you to the best of our ability!

Should an issue arise, please be patient and understanding. Things happen. Whether it be something we messed up, a manufacturer delay, or even a customer ordering the wrong item; we want to help. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

These terms and conditions may be modified and made effective, at any time, without notice.

Special Order

Any item that is special ordered may take extra time to receive. Imported products may take weeks or even months to arrive. Any lead time given is purely an estimate, and could change at any time. Toxic Moto Racing will update you when possible, but we are not responsible for any delays or missed deadlines caused by manufacturers and/or importing partners. Special orders are not eligible for return.

Shipping

In stock orders are typically shipped within 1-2 days after an order is paid for and placed. They may be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS carriers. Tracking is included where available. If you have special requests in regards to your shipment, like expedited shipping, please contact Toxic Moto prior to placing your order.

Shipping fees may be adjusted after your order is placed if; you live in an area that limits delivery, if you selected the wrong option, or the actual shipping costs greatly vary from the estimated shipping on your order.

Availability

Items may show various Availability Messages. "In Stock!" means the item is in stock and ready to ship. Estimated timeframes (...1-3 days, 4-6wks, etc) are the estimated timeframe to get the product from the manufacturer and have it ready to ship from TMR, but does not include the shipping timeframe from TMR to the delivery address. Please note these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to manufacturer delays, supply-chain issues, staffing at any of the involved companies including TMR, etc. To verify if something is in-stock or available within a certain timeframe, please call or email for a direct response PRIOR to ordering, as inventory discrepancies or lead time changes are always possible.

Returns & Cancellation

We are a small business and returns are less than ideal. They often end up being quite costly for us, which ultimately takes food off our families' tables. Because of this, our options for returning product are very limited. Please see below.

Returns or cancellations are subject to the following:

Must be authorized PRIOR to returning your products.
Items sent back without an approved refund are not guaranteed any refund or action.
May be subject to refund/cancellation fee of up to 50%.
Customer is responsible proper packaging, insurance, and cost of return shipping.
Shipping costs are not refundable. If free shipping was offered as part of the original order, the shipping total may be deducted from the amount being returned.
Items being returned must be in new condition. Any items that have been used or installed are not accepted for returns. Opened items are only to be returned upon approval and will need to be inspected for approval of return/refund.
International orders are not eligible for returns.
Special-order items (including but not limited to custom wheels) cannot be returned.
Returns are not accepted after 30 days.

Refunds

Refunds for order changes or cancellations are offered as account credits for future purchases.
Refunds back to the payment method are subject to a 5% refund fee.
The methods of refunding and procedures are at the sole discretion of Toxic Moto Racing.

Security

We use Stripe and PayPal to process payments, so you can process your payment with confidence knowing that we use trusted companies to handle your sensitive payment information.

Thanks to Stripe, you now have the option to save your credit card in their secure system for quick and easy ordering in the future. Please note that we do not save your payment information at any point ourselves. If you opt to save your card information during checkout, it is only done so in Stripe's secure network.

Legal

Parts purchased from Toxic Moto may not be street legal. Any non-DOT part is for offroad use only. Toxic Moto Racing is not liable for any damages, death, injuries, or otherwise, that may result from the use of products purchased or received from Toxic Moto Racing. The user of any part, product, gear, or otherwise, accepts all liability and releases Toxic Moto Racing, LLC from any liability.
