Build your supermoto faster and easier with a ready-to-go conversion! Wheels and tires come MOUNTED & BALANCED, so you're one step closer to riding as soon as you open the box.

Warp 9 continues to show how to build a supermoto easily and quickly without breaking the budget. Their balance of strength and weight savings make for a great wheel that will take a beating and keep on rolling. In the unlikely event you do run into problems, Warp 9 is the only wheel company to stand behind their warranty with a warranty! Spoked wheels are covered with a $60 cover-anything warranty deductible.

Choose from Warp 9's massive range of color combos and get your wheels built to match your style!

This Street Conversion Includes:

  • Warp 9 Wheels:
    • 17x3.5" front wheel.
    • 17x4.25" or 17x5.0" rear wheel.
    • You choice of color combination.

  • Brake Rotors:
    • Front: Moto-Master Flame 320x5mm front rotor & ABS ring.
(Warp 9 doesn't offer a thick enough 320mm rotor for this model.)
    • Rear: Original size Warp 9, wave design.
    • Includes ABS rings.
    • Rotor bolt patterns are different than SM700, but the same as Enduro 6-bolt.

  • Warp 9 Sprocket:
    • Includes CNC-machined sprocket carrier, anodized to match the hub color.
    • Choose Sprocket Size: 40-53T
    • Original sprocket bolt pattern.

  • Tire Options:
    • Choose: Many tires available to suite your riding, from road-gripping performance street tires to dual-sport tires that can tackle the roads as well as some offroad riding.

  • Optional Tubeless Conversion:
    • Utilizes 3mm thick sealing system and a unique valve stem.
    • Valve stem comes with anodized stem on the outside to match your colors and stainless steel hardware on the inside to prevent corrosion.
    • Allows you to potentially plug a punctured tire for a quicker repair, as opposed to removing the wheel to change out a burst tube.
    • If a puncture is encountered, a tubeless setup will typically lose air slower than a tube which usually bursts and loses all air right away. This may give you more time to pull over to safe place, or even limp the bike somewhere for tire service.

  • Available Options to Add:
    • Upgraded Moto-Master Flame Rotors - Original 320x5mm Front, 240mm rear.
    • Add a new chain.
    • Wrap-around handguards to protect your levers.
    • Shortened supermoto Kickstand will help to keep your bike from tipping over with the smaller supermoto wheels. Stock stands are too long and cause the bike to stand more upright and fall easily!

Please note: These wheels are built to order. Some orders may take extra time to complete.

Setup Recommendations For Your Bike:

  • Fork Guard Clearance:
Fork guards will need to be slightly trimmed near the edge of the tire, to prevent rubbing.

  • Front Brake Line Routing:
When bolting the caliper back on with the new 320mm rotor, it's best to route the brake line on the inside of the fork leg to avoid any outside impact. This can prevent the line from being ripped off and ending your ride or race. Carefully route the line by positioning enough slack on the caliper side of the brake line clamp to allow the line to sit directly between the rim and the rotor. Avoid letting the line sag or sit loosely. If necessary, you can secure the line to the inside of the fork guard by drilling small holes through the guard and zip-tying the line in place. See picture for example.

  • Rear Tire Fitment For Rim Size:
A 150 rear tire is used on the 17x4.25, while a 160 rear is used on the 17x5.00.

  • Swingarm Clearance:
The 690 and 701 swingarms have all the room you'll need for even the widest of 160 tires, so choose what you want and don't sweat the fitment.

  • Colors & Cleaning:
White and lighter colors are harder to keep clean, as well as matte finishes. Powder coat finishes are smooth and can be easier to clean. All finishes can be damaged by brake cleaner and other harsh chemicals! Dish soap in a spray bottle is a great option, but no matter the cleaner, always rinse parts right away.
