Alpina STS-2 Tubeless Supermoto Racer Conversion

Alpina wheels are tubeless spoked wheels that truly set the bar in quality, performance, and craftsmanship. Hand-built in Italy, they are equally ready to be used on the race track, in the streets, and at custom shows alike.

• STS-2 Double Seal Technology:  Forged rims include two O-rings on each nipple, seal against precision-drilled holes in the rim profile to ensure a stable seal and a safer tubeless system.
• Forged Rims - WLT (WeldLess Technology): Forging the rims does not require any roll-forming or welding, so there are no weak points and the rim is much more uniform in strength.
• Less Maintenance: Easy balancing and less required maintenance thanks to forged rims combined with STS-2 Tubeless System.
• Innovative design: A rim without dimples for an incomparable aesthetical result and a clean design.
• Alpina Color Combos: Explore new color options from Alpina with their "RIDE" and "B-COLOR" combinations.

Alpina Wheel Set:

• Front wheel is available in multiple sizes and rim types:
   - 16 x 3.50"
   - 16.5 x 3.50"
   - 17 x 3.50"  Forged STS-2
• Rear wheel is available in two sizes of forged rims:
   - 17x5.00" Forged STS-2
   - 17x5.50" Forged STS-2
• Alpina Color Combinations:
   - RIDE: Simple, yet pleasing aesthetics to compliment any bike. The rims are finished with a solid anodized color. Nipples and hubs are available in multiple anodized colors, with spokes coming in black or silver.
   - B-COLOR: Born from the supermoto race tracks, Alpina's signature two-tone rim colors are embodied by the new B-COLOR design option. The rims are painted two-tone with glossy and matte finishes. Nipples are available in multiple anodize finishes with the option for split nipple colors to match or alternate rim colors. Hubs are available in multiple anodized colors, with spokes coming in black or silver.

Rotor Options & Caliper Upgrades: Choose from multiple brake options to really give you the stopping power a supermoto race bike needs!

• Moto-Master Street Flame Rotors: 
  Floating 320x4mm front rotor, adapter for stock front caliper, and stock size rear rotor.
• Moto-Master Flame Racing Complete Kit: 
  Floating 320x5mm front rotor, 4-piston front caliper, braided stainless front line, and radial front master cylinder. Includes stock size Moto-Master rear rotor.
  *300mm rotor used with 16" and 16.5" front rim size.
• Moto-Master HALO Racing Complete Kit: 
  Floating 320x5.5mm front rotor, 4-piston front caliper, braided stainless front line, and radial front master cylinder. Includes stock size Moto-Master rear rotor.
  *300mm rotor used with 16" and 16.5" front rim size.
• Beringer Stage 2 Racing Complete Kit: 
  Floating 320x6mm front rotor, 6-piston front caliper, braided stainless front line, and radial front master cylinder. Includes stock size Innteck Solid rear rotor.
  *300mm rotor used with 16" and 16.5" front rim size.
  
  * Moto-Master & Beringer Rotor Sizes
  If you select a 16" or 16.5" front rim size, the smaller 300mm rotors are used because they allow for much easier removal of the caliper. Otherwise, the 17" front rim size is paired with a 320mm rotor to allow proper spoke clearance for the back of the caliper.

Moto-Master Sprocket:

• Choose Size: 45-53 tooth count.

Rotor & Sprocket Hardware:

• Standard Steel Alloy.
• Burnt titanium saves you nearly half the weight of standard steel hardware, and it adds a touch of color with its rainbow coloring from the burning affect.
  

Tire Options: (NOT FOR STREET USE)

• Metzeler Racetec SM - Available only for 16.5" and 17" front sizes. 125/75 front profile and 165/55 rear profile.
• Michelin Power Supermoto - Available only for 16" and 16.5" front sizes. 120/80 front profile and 160/60 rear profile.
• Tires are mounted & balanced.

Additional Accessories:

• Add a Chain to fit with your new gearing combination. Choose from the high quality options shown: Moto-Master, EK, Vortex, and more!
• Add a Chain Block to keep the chain from slapping the rear wheel & tire.
• Add Tire Warmers to keep your tires hot between sessions at the track, allowing you to go out and shred with already hot tires!
• Add Handguards to wrap-around handguards to protect your levers. Choose from Acerbis and Cycra options.
• Add a Supermoto Fender. Shorter than stock, these will match the smaller front wheel and complete the look of your bike.
• Add an Hour Meter to keep track of engine run time.
