SPORTEC™ M7 RR is derived from our experience in road racing and engineered to empower sport riders in all conditions of weather and temperature. Introducing a new concept of water drainage and contact feeling thanks to dual-compound on the rear tire combined with Interact™ technology and high silica compounds.

Compound: 

• Front tire is a single-compound, 100% Silica construction with excellent chemical grip.
• 20% more mileage compared to SPORTEC™ M5 INTERACT™. A dual compound solution on rear sizes allows the use of a specific material on the central slick portion of the tread pattern to increase abrasion resistance and extend the mileage capability.
• Dual-compound with a 40% - 20% - 40% layout across the width of the tire.
• Center of tire has an added specific material to increase abrasion resistance and extend the mileage capability, while maintaining a high Silica-content for high-speed stability.
• Sides of tire are 100% silica, similar to front compound, to provide excellent chemical grip on wet.

Handling & Grip: 

• The combination of profiles derived from the Road Racing activities with high stiffness structures delivers an extremely agile handling for a sporty riding style on all roads.
• The improved Sporty Handling transmits a strong feeling of safety and predictability, regardless of the conditions.
• Silica compounds combined with a special tread pattern continues the sporty riding stiye in cold conditions, on wet roads, and on greasy & grimy road surfaces.
