This BlackTi Engine Bolt Kit fits 2019-2023 Kawasaki KX 450, 450SR, and 450X models.

• 6al4v Grade-5 titanium, with black PVD coating.
• Features torx and hex drive to give you flexibility of tool usage.
  
• Pre-drilled and ready for safety wire, no more drilling!
• 45% lighter than the original steel bolt!

Engine Bolt Kit Options:

• Track Prep Necessities Only:
  This gives you the necessary bolts to safety wire critical items that have oil or coolant behind them, to prep your bike for the track and racing.
  
  • 2x Oil filter cover bolts
  • 1x Filter screen bolt
  • 1x Coolant drain bolt + crush washer
  • 1x Water pump housing bolt for safety-wiring the coolant drain
  • 1x Ignition cover bolt + crush washer
  • 1x Ignition cover bolt for safety-wiring the oil fill plug
• Remaining Clutch + Ignition + Water Pump Cover Bolts:
  This kit is intended to compliment to the Track Prep Kit, and provides the remaining hardware to dress up your clutch, ignition, and water pump cover.
  • 7x Clutch cover
  • 4x Ignition cover
  • 3x Starter cover
  • 1x Remaining water pump bolts (2x are in the Track Prep Kit)
• Remaining Right Side Inner Cover + Engine Case Bolts + Extra Engine Bolts:
  Add the case bolts and a bunch of other small bolts to dress up your engine.
  • 9x Engine case bolts
  • 6x Right side inner case cover
  • 2x Front sprocket cover
  • 2x Timing chain tensioner
  • 1x Water joint (coolant hose barb)
  • 1x Cylinder head
  • 1x Gear shift lever bolt
