Moto-Master 300-320mm Halo T-Floater 5.5 SM Racing Front Rotors

Moto-Master has bolstered their line of Supermoto Racing components with the Halo T-Floater 5.5 Supermoto rotor to combine superior, controllable stopping power with optimal heat dispersion. Halo T-Float concept has been winning championships since 2019, starting with the IDM German Superbike Championship & British Superstock 1000 Championship. For aggressive supermoto racing, the Halo T-Float will provide great longevity even with the most aggressive riders.

Fits select 125-560cc offroad models from KTM, Husqvarna, GasGas, Stark, and Triumph.
See notes below for specifics on rotor size and model fitment.

  • Offered in 300mm and 320mm:
    • 300x5.5mm
      - Moto-Master SM Racing Kits on 125-530cc, for 16-16.5" front wheels.
    • 320x5.5mm
      -
Moto-Master SM Racing Kits on 125-530cc, fits best with 17" wheels.
      - 450-560 SMR and FS 450 with radial calipers, as an oversized rotor option. (You'll need 5mm caliper spacers)
      - Older 690 SMC & SMC-R without ABS (For 690 SMC-R with ABS, Click Here)
  • The precision-ground outer ring is 5.5mm thick, with an extra cooling slot on the outer edge, ensuring equal heat dispersion under high thermal stress while the brake pad contact surface is cleaned evenly.
  • Inner carrier is CNC machined from billet aircraft aluminum and anodized black.
  • T-Floater system ensures precise controlled full floating action which prevents front wheel drag under severe racing conditions.
  • T-Floater pin-slot design allows high mechanical load while minimizing wear on the floaters and inner carrier.
  • T-Floater system is lightweight due to specially designed, hard anodized aluminum floaters.
  • Designed for use with 4-6 piston supermoto calipers. *Not compatible with most stock MX brake calipers (For offroad models converted to SM, use 4mm thick rotors).
  • Not for public road use.

Front wheel and rotor sizes go hand in hand! Here's how to decide rotor size for a Moto-Master:

  • For smaller 16" or 16.5" front wheels on track bikes, the smaller 300mm rotor size is much better suited for easier wheel changes. The 320mm can be used here, but will require pad removal as well as loosening the rotor bolts before you can remove the caliper! Stick with a 300mm in this case to save yourself the headache.
  • For the 17" front wheel more commonly used on the street, you'll need to stick with the 320mm rotor to avoid caliper and spoke interference!
