Xtrig ROCS Adjustable Supermoto Triple Clamps For KTM

501330500401+501240000601

Developed with the world's best teams, the Xtrig ROCS triple clamps are packed with features to improve your bike:

  • The ROCS (Revolutionary Opposed Clamping System) opposing fork clamps provide a perfectly even hold on the fork leg, better clamping than traditional single direction clamp, and also improve the natural flexing of the forks while still allowing better function of the fork internals.
  • The 14/16mm adjustable offset is made possible by an eccentric stem that positions the stem offset from the stem bearings. The two locking bolts in the bottom of the stem hold it in place. A quick removal of those bolts allows you to rotate the stem to the opposite position, before re-installing them.
  • PHDS (Progressive Handlebar Damping System) bar mounts are included with every set of ROCS triple clamps. The elastomers used to hold the handlebar help to absorb vibrations to help reduce fatigue, improving your control. Available to fit 7/8" (22mm) or 1-1/8" (28mm) bar sizes.
  • 10mm bar risers are also included for extra customization of your bike's ergonomics.
  • CNC machined aluminum that is anodized in Xtrig's signature bronze color.
  • The KTM Supermoto ROCS triple clamps are 10mm wider than stock! They are 200mm between fork centers, and thus require the following components:
    • 10mm longer axle (either 22mm or 26mm) depending on model
    • 5mm longer left side wheel spacer (either 22mm or 26mm) depending on model
    • 5mm front rotor spacer

NOTES FOR FS & SMR MODELS:

The FS 450 and 450 SMR come with a wider 205mm triple clamp. To use the 200mm Xtrig triples, you will need the Xtrig 5mm rotor spacer, but the axle and left wheel spacer both require custom lengths that are between the Xtrig and FS/SMR dimensions (due to differing widths of fork bottoms). The best approach is to modify your original KTM components; Shorten the left wheel spacer just enough to center the rotor in the caliper, then shorten the axle just enough so that it doesn't protrude from the fork bottoms. If you are running the original Brembo caliper, then you'll need to slightly clearance the backside of the caliper to prevent spoke interference. If you swap to an aftermarket billet caliper like Brembo or Beringer, then you'll gain more spoke clearance over the original cast caliper.
